Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 30 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.
• In case of leaving the accommodation before the departure date, 50% of the remaining days will be charged.

Dimi Seafront House is located in Pefkohori on Kassandra, in the second row (50m) to the beach. The house has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people.

Accommodation

Dimi Seafront House has three levels. On the ground floor is a living room with a sofa and a sofa bed. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a stove, an oven, and a bathroom with a shower.

The first floor features a bathroom and two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. On the second floor is the main bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. Both floors have furnished terraces with a partial view of the sea.

The house is equipped with a television, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in two bedrooms, a washing machine, and an iron.

It is surrounded by a small garden and has one parking space available for guests. There is also a parking space on the street in front of the building.
