Dialexti Apartments & Studios

Dialexti Apartments & Studios is an accommodation set 100m from the city beach of Neos Marmaras, Sithonia. 

There is a public parking lot at the distance of 160m, while the city center is 300m away. At the short distance you can find supermarkets, banks, post office, pharmacies, doctors, restaurants, cafes and clubs, so you can easily cover your everyday needs.

Accommodation

The accommodation consists of well equipped units located on two floors. Most of them were renovated in 2016.

Studio no.103 which can be double or triple is located on the first floor, it’s not renovated and it offers a sea view. The studio has a double and a single bed.

Studio no.101 can also be double or triple. It's on the first floor. This non-renovated unit has a double and a single bed, equipped kitchen and a big balcony with a mountain view.

Non-renovated quadruple apartment no.102 is set on the first floor and offers a sea view from a big balcony. There’s a single sofa in the kitchen area, a double and a single bed in the bedroom, a shower with tiles in the bathroom and one air conditioner. 

Renovated apartments (no.202, no.205) are located on the second floor and offer a sea view. They consist of 2 bedrooms (2 single beds in the first one and double + single in the second one) and 2 bathrooms. They also have 2 air conditioners. Apartment no.105 is completely the same, the only difference is that it's located on the first floor.

The recently built ground floor apartment has 2 completely separate rooms and between them there are a bathroom and a kitchenette. One room contains a folding corner sofa, while the other has a double bed. Each of them has an exit to the frontside veranda with a seating area.

The remaining studios are very similar: each of them has been renovated and contains a double and a single bed, air-conditioner and a sea or a mountain view.

Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels is done on the 4th day.

Neos Marmaras - Sithonia
