Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Agios Nikitas View complex is located on the hill above Agios Nikitas, in Lefkada. It is a few minutes walk from the city center, from the city beach about 500m, and from the popular beaches of Milos and Kathisma about 2 km. Within the complex are four villas with pools.

Accommodation

Villa Agios Nikitas View 2 has two bedrooms and a living room. In one bedroom there is one double bed and one single bed, the other bedroom has a double bed, and the living room has a sofa bed. Villa also has a dining room with equipped kitchen, as well as a terrace.

Within the villa, there is a swimming pool with sunbeds, WiFi internet and, parking.

Agios Nikitas - Lefkada

A beautiful village characterized preservable. It is located 12 km southwest of the town. The traditional houses, picturesque narrow paths and hospitable people staying true to the traditional way of life, create an idyllic picture. The village has a beautiful sandy shore, but 2 km from it, is located Kathisma beach, one of the most cosmopolitan in the island. Agios Nikitas is built at the end of a forest, full of age-long olive trees, where cars are not allowed.

During the last years, the region has evolved to a tourist resort. More and more visitors choose Agios Nikitas, for their vacation, as it combines calmness to the close distance from the town and the rest tourist regions of Lefkada. Kathisma beach is one of the most beautiful we meet in the west part of Lefkada. It is only 2 km from the traditional village Agios Nikitas. It is one of the beaches that every visitor should see. It is the next in row after the beach of Agios Nikitas, interrupted by high and abrupt rocks. The blond shore and crystal clear waters create an idyllic scenery.
