• The above prices are in euros per room/per night.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (8€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking and the rest 70% of the total amount 30 days before arrival.
• The minimum stay for a reservation is 5 nights.
• Pets are allowed upon request.
• Smoking is not allowed.
• The final cleaning fee is 100€.

Cancelation policy

• For cancellations made up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be refunded, while for cancellations made up to 10 days before the expected arrival date, 70% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.
