• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Minimum stay is 4 nights.
• Mandatory cleaning fee - 200 EUR.
• Note: Tourist tax (15€ per day/per unit) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking and the rest 70% of the total amount 30 days before arrival.

Cancelation policy
• For cancellation of a reservation up to 30 days before the expected arrival at the accommodation, a refund of 70% of the total amount of the reservation is made.
• For cancellation of a reservation up to 10 days before the expected arrival at the accommodation, a refund of 30% of the total amount of the reservation is made.
• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.
