• The above prices are in EUR per room/per night.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.

Extra charges
• Children aged 0-5.99 years stay free of charge.
• Breakfast - 8 EUR per person/ per day; Dinner - 10 EUR per person/ per day.
• Children aged 6-11.99 have 50% discount on meal supplements.
• Air conditioning - 5 EUR/ per day.

• Check-in is from 15:00 until 22:00, and check-out is from 08:00 until 11:00.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 50% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid 7 days before the arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled more than 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If a reservation is canceled 21-14 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged.
• If a reservation is canceled 14-07 days before the date of arrival, 70% of the total price will be charged.
• If canceled or modified later, the total price is nonrefundable.
