• The above prices are in euros per room/per night for 2 persons in studios and 2 persons +2 children in apartment. Minimum stay 3 nights.
• Triple Studio - maximum capacity 2 adults + 1 child or 3 adults: 1 extra child up to 17.99 pays 5 eur per day; one extra adult pays 7 EUR per day.
• Quadruple Studio - maximum capacity 2 adults + 2 children; 1 extra child up to 17.99 pays 5 eur per day and 2nd extra child up to 17.99 pays 7 EUR per day.
• Apartment - maximum capacity 5 persons; 1 extra child up to 17.99 pays 5 EUR per day

• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 25% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more. If a reservation is cancelled 8 to 20 days before arrival 50% of the deposit will be refunded (the client will still be liable for any expenses).
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
