• The above prices are in euros per room/per night.
• Small pets are allowed (extra charges may apply).
• Mandatory cleaning fee-120 EUR.Security deposit - 500 EUR (returned when inspecting the general condition of the unit after check-out).
• The minimum stay is 6 nights.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (10€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 50% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 30 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.
