Note:

• The above prices are in euros per room/per night. The minimum stay is 5 nights.
• Mandatory cleaning fee - 114 EUR.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax is not included in regular prices.
• A deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid 10 days before arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is canceled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.
• In case of leaving the accommodation before the departure date, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.
