• The above prices are in euros per unit/per night with half board.
• Safe at the reception - €2 per day
• Laundry service - €10 per service
• Supplement for a child aged 2-11.99 years - 15€ per day in all periods except for the period 01.07-26.08. when the supplement is €20 per day (half board included)
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Minimum stay
• 01/04-10/06 and 26/09-20/10: 3 nights;
• 11/06-16/07 and 26/08-25/09: 5 nights;
• 17/07-25/08: 7 nights.

Cancellation policy
• If the reservation is canceled 8 or more days before arrival at the accommodation, the owner keeps 20% of the total price of the reservation.
• If the accommodation unit is canceled later or in case of no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire fee for the deposit and it will not be returned to the guest.
