The prices listed are approximate and subject to change. They will be confirmed with managers before the final reservation.

• The above prices are in euros per room/per night.
• Children up to 3.99 years old stay for free.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Extra charges for children
• Baby in a cot - 10 EUR/ per day;
• Child up to 11.99 years - 15 EUR/ per day;
• Maximum capacities: one-bedroom suite - 4 guests, two-bedroom suite - 5 guests + a baby up to 3 years old.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 21 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.
