Note:

• The above prices are in euros per room/per night for 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children under 12 years - BB or HB for the period until 30/09. Prices from 01/10/until 31/05/ don't include meals, they only refer to accommodation.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: The tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) is not included in regular prices.
• A deposit of 40% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the first day upon arrival.

Extra charges from 01.10:
• Children from 0 to 1.99 years old have free charge.
• Extra Children from 2 to 11.99 years old have a charge of 15 EUR for Bed & Breakfast (BB) and 30 EUR for Half Board (HB).
• Children from 12 to 17 years old will be charged as adults.
• Extra Adult has a charge of 25 EUR for Bed & Breakfast (BB) and 40 EUR for Half Board.
• Breakfast for each person is 8 EUR and dinner for each person is 18 EUR.
• Breakfast and dinner are buffet-style, while lunch is a la carte.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
