• Note: Tourist tax (15 EUR per unit/ per night) not included in regular prices.
• Security deposit - 300 EUR.
• The above prices are in euros per room/per night.
• Minimum stay from 31/03 till 13/06 and from 15/09 till 31/10 4-nights stay; from 14/06 till 14/09 7-night stay.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Cleaning - once midweek (circa every 3 days for weekly stays)
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus bank costs.
• If canceled between 45-59 days before arrival, 30% of the advance payment will be refunded (minus bank costs).
• If canceled under 45 days before arrival, early departure or no-show, there is no refund.
