• Prices are in € per unit/per day for adults with breakfast included.
• In the case of children aged 5-12 staying in the accommodation, the price of the arrangement is reduced by 7 EUR per child/per day (REGARDING THE PRICES SHOWN IN THE TABLES, NOT THE AMOUNT CALCULATED BY THE SYSTEM) and if children under 5 years old are also staying, 14 EUR are deducted from the stated amount (this price is actually the price of breakfast for an adult person, which is included in the specified amount in the table).
• The price of a studio for two adults and a child up to 5 years of age can be reduced only in the case of only one adult and a child under 5 years staying in it.
• Note: The tourist tax (€2 per day / per studio) is not included in the regular prices and should be paid at the hotel.

• Children under the age of 5 do not have breakfast included in the price (which is why there are price reductions during their stay), and an additional payment for it can be made at any time and during the stay if the guests decide that they still need it for a lsmall child, regardless of the generous portions that guests can certainly count on (and which are usually enough for an entire family of three with a small child).

Breakfast & meals
• Breakfast is included in the price. The breakfast is very plentiful, prepared individually and in agreement with the guest (the host's recommendation is eggs, prepared in various ways) and from the freshest and most often homemade foods. Tt can be savoury (egg, toast, sausages...) or sweet (marmelade, honey, butter, various sweet spreads such as cream bueno, strawberry, and chocolate, croissants, commisbrot, rolls, cereals, pancakes...). The breakfast also includes coffee, juice, milk, chocolate milk, yogurt…
• Supplement for half-board, which includes an additional meal lunch/early dinner (served until 6 PM) is 18 EUR per person, 10 EUR for children aged 5-12, and for children under 5 is optional - with additional payment possible on site.
It is also prepared individually, and the "menu" is agreed upon with the host during breakfast that day (we advise the day before, if it is a matter of preparing a meal that requires more time and organization). The guest can also opt for a "more expensive" meal, such as fresh fish, with a minimal surcharge for that meal.
Meals are served in the bar restaurant of our hotel, set right next to the beach.

Payment and cancellation policy:
• Reservation implies payment of 30% of the deposit of the total price of the arrangement, with the possibility of refunding money (60% of the deposit amount) upon cancellation, but at least 30 days before the start of the arrangement.
