• The above prices are in euros per room/per night for two adults with breakfast.

Extra persons:
• Children aged 0-1,99 years stay free of charge in a baby cot.
• Children aged 2-11,99 years in the auxiliary bed are charged 15 €/per person per night.
• Persons over 12 years are considered adults and charged for the auxiliary bed 25 €/per person per night.
• Maximum capacity of the family rooms is 4 persons, and there is no possibility of accommodating any additional guests.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid 60 days prior arrival

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled at any moment, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
