• The above prices are in euros per room/per night with halfboard included.
• Extra bed for a child up to 4.99 years old - 10 EUR/ per night. Extra bed + HB for a child up to 4.99 years old - 25 EUR/ per night.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Climate resilience tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Hotel Rules
• It is forbidden to throw paper into the toilet. Please dispose of paper in the bin provided in the bathroom.
• In the parking area in front of the hotel, there is an outdoor shower intended for rinsing off sand. This must not be done in the bathrooms inside the rooms, in order to avoid clogging the drains.
• The use of beach furniture (two sunbeds and one umbrella per room) is free of charge, provided there is consumption at the beach bar.
• Leaving towels and personal belongings on the beach while you are not present is not allowed.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled at any moment, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
