• The above prices are in EUR per unit/ per night (for double, triple, and ground floor apartments).
• The above prices are in EUR per unit/ per night for 2 people (in studios) and 2 adults + 2 children (in apartments for 5-6 people).

Extra charges
• Children aged 0-1.99 years stay free of charge;
• Extra child aged 2-11.99 years - 12 EUR/ per day;
• Extra teenager aged 12-17.99 years - 17 EUR/ per day;
• Extra adult aged 18 and above - 20 EUR/ per day;
• Breakfast is 9 EUR per person/ per day;
• Air conditioning - 8 EUR/ per day;
• Sunbeds & umbrellas on the beach - free of charge
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Check-in is from 14:00 until 23:00, and check.out is from 05:00 until 10:30.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In case of a no-show, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of an early departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.
