• The above prices are in euros per room/per night.
• Breakfast - 17EUR per day/per adult, 12 EUR per day/per child.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Extra occupancies
• Children 0-2.99 years old - free of charge.
• Children 3-17 & Adults: 10EUR per room/ per night.

Minimum stay
• Low season - 2 night.
• Middle season - 3 nights.
• High season - 5 nights.

CANCELATION POLICY
Low season (01/05-14/06,14/09-05/10)
• Free cancellation is allowed up to 7 days before the arrival date.
• In case of late arrival or early departure, the total amount of the remaining stay will be charged.

Mid season (15/06-10/07, 24/08-13/09)
• Free cancelation is allowed up to 21 days before arrival date.
• In case of a "no show", the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
• In case of late arrival or early departure, the total amount of the remaining stay will be charged.

High season (11/07-23/08)
• Free cancellation is allowed up to 30 days before arrival date.
• In case of a "no show", the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
• In case of late arrival or early departure, the total amount of the remaining stay will be charged.
