• Security deposit 500 EUR
• The above prices are in EUR per unit/ per night.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Check-in: 14:30; Check-out: 10:00.
• Note: Tourist tax (15€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 35% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid 40 days before the arrival date.

Cancelation policy
• If the reservation for stays during July and August is canceled at any time, the prepayment is non-refundable.
• In case of cancellation of the reservation in other periods:
- For cancellations made until March 20, 2026, the deposit fee paid will be returned to the guest (minus EUR 30 administrative costs);
- For cancellations made until April 20, 2026, 50% of the deposit fee will be returned (minus EUR 30 administrative costs).
- For cancellations made after April 20, 2026, the deposit fee paid is not returned to the guest. If a new reservation is made for the same dates, then 80% of the deposit is returned.
• In case of cancellation of a fully paid reservation (40 or less days before the arrival date), the total amount is non-refundable.
