• Prices are based on 2 persons for all units with breakfast. Only children aged 12 and above are allowed to stay.
• Extra bed where possible: €10/day
• Half board: €22 per adult/ per day
• Half board for children 12-17.99 years old - 20 €/ per day;
• Breakfast for children 12-17.99 years old - 10€/ per day; for adults 12 €/ per day
• Baby cot - free of charge
• Safe - €15 per week
• Surcharge for using the air conditioner - €6 per day

• Smoking is prohibited in the rooms.
• Smoking is allowed only on the terrace.
• In case of damage, an additional fee is charged in accordance with the hotel's rules.
• The above prices are in euros per room/per night with breakfast included.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (1.5€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the 10 days before the arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
