• The above prices are in euros per room/per night for 2 persons with breakfast.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (4€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.

Payment policy
• For the stays during 10/04 - 20/06 and 01/10 - 31/10 periods:
-The deposit equal to the price of the one night  is required to confirm the reservation, and it is non-refundable. The pending balance should be paid 7 days prior to arrival.

• 21/06 - 05/07 and 21/09 - 30/09:
-The deposit equal to the price of the one night  is required to confirm the reservation, and it is non-refundable. The pending balance should be paid 14 days prior to arrival.

• 06/07 - 20/09:
-The deposit equal to the price of the one night  is required to confirm the reservation, and it is non-refundable. The pending balance should be paid 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If cancelled or modified anytime after booking, the cost of the first night will not be refunded.
• For the stays during 10/04 - 20/06 and 01/10 - 31/10 periods:
- In case of cancelation 7 days before arrival, no further fees will apply.
- In case of later cancelation, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

• 21/06 - 05/07 and 21/09 - 30/09:
- In case of cancelation 14 days before arrival, no further fees will apply.
- In case of later cancelation, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

• 06/07 - 20/09:
- In case of cancelation 21 days before arrival, no further fees will apply.
- In case of later cancelation, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

Special offer
• For reservations made until 30/03 a 5% discount on the total price is granted.
